    Superlativos en inglés    Estos se forman con el adjetivo en grado superlativo, es decir,  aquellos terminados en – est ,  que tienen la estructura adverbial  the most/the least  (el más/el menos)  o los irregulares que cuentan con su propio grado superlativo , por ejemplo,  the best  (el mejor) o  the worst  (el peor).   El objetivo de las oraciones superlativas es  expresar, de manera objetiva o subjetiva, cuando algo tiene una característica insuperable y que lo hace destacar del resto . Es importante subrayar que para formar este tipo de estructuras siempre se tiene que anteponer el artículo  the  (el/la) al adjetivo:  Por ejemplo:  Pedro is the laziest student in the class  (Pedro es el estudiante más flojo del salón).  Ferrari is the most expensive car on the market  (Ferrari es el auto más caro en el mercado).  Michael Phelps is the best swimmer in the world  (Michael Phelps es el mejor nadador del mundo)....
